v.    Search the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file in the folder and then right-click it.
vi.    Choose the Delete option and then select Yes to confirm.
vii.    Finally, open QuickBooks again to see if the issue is resolved.

2.    Run QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool 

Improper installation or corrupted installation files are a common cause of various errors. Running the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic tool will resolve the issue if damaged installation files or faulty installation were the cause. ii.    Select the Installation Issues from the left pane.
iii.    Then click the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool button.
iv.    After the tool completes the repair, turn off your system and turn it back on again.
